How to use MHVTL - part 1

To list the devices configured in MHVTL

# lsscsi -g

To test the tape device /dev/st0

# mt -f /dev/st0 status

To inquire the tape changer (library) device

To check tape changer status

# mtx -f /dev/sg7 status

To access the MHVTL GUI

open web browser, load http://<ip-of-mhvtl-machine>
login with password mhvtl
